For all Extras

Before we can sell external parts (laptops, batteries, compasses, etc.), we:

  • we have to register that part with the manufacturer in our database

  • we have to check, if the manufacturer is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified

  • we have to check, if we can be reseller for that part

  • we have to generate a valid commodity code for the part

We have to charge you for that 800 EUR.

In case of a warranty claim:

  • you have to send the part to us

  • we have to send the part to the manufacturer

  • the manufacturer repairs the part

  • the manufacturer sends the part back to us

  • we send the part back to you

Do you supply Laptops?

No, we do not supply laptops.
When ever you can, buy locally. When your keyboard is broken, for example, you can easily get it fixed.
Refer to the above mentioned procedure.

Do you supply batteries?

No. Most of our shipment is done by air, and batteries are not allowed on airplanes (mostly).

Do you supply external Software?

We supply Zond® softare. BUT you can purchase it directly from Zond via Internet.
Others: Geotools® is from Viridien.
You need a license and a license renewal every year.
Please negotiate with Viridien directly.

Rush, rush, rush!

Since 2020 the world has changed. Delivery chains are broken, delivery takes longer, prices have been lifted up.
Delivery times for military grade items are 6 months or longer. For sure we order long time in advance.

And: also governmental institutions are getting slower and slower. More and more regulations are coming up, and a chronic understaffing.

Also: some clients need one year or longer to finalize their purchase order. The best case: order in July before holiday season, press for “must be delivered in September”.
So, order early and calculate with some delays by “so what ever”.
